Whether he is chatting it up behind the bar or preparing your main course out back, Minh is sure to be the one you want to get to know.
Originally from Southeast Asia, Minh came to the United States over 30 years ago and fine tuned his skills and taste buds in bistros and nightclubs across New York City including La Reserve (1983-1986) and Au Bar (1986-1993), before settling at the corner of 8th and 22nd.

Originally from China, Mandy came to the United States in hopes of realizing her dream, at the time unknown. Alas it was clear; it was a childhood dream, to find joy in seeing the smiling faces of satisfied diners of her own little restaurant.
An accomplished Chinese writer on the side, many of her pieces, usually about her experiences here at Royal Siam, have been published and are admired by local readers.
